Meet the Bakers

Hi, there!! We are Melissa and Nicole of Oh, Sugar…and we are glad you are here!! We are both teachers by trade (Melissa teaches college math and Nicole teaches 2nd grade) and have a passion for making other people happy!! During the pandemic we were on the hunt to better ourselves so we decided to take some cookie decorating classes, both virtually and in person. We quickly fell in love with the techniques and finished products of our creations. Soon, people started asking us to make cookies for them. This journey took us on a whirlwind of cookie making!! We ultimately decided to go back to our roots and mix our passion for teaching and cookies together. We now spend most of our free time teaching other future cookiers!! It’s so wonderful to see our students feel like the creations are not possible prior to a class starting, but then be so blown away by their hidden skills at the end of the lesson!! There’s definitely a cookier in all of us!!
